The ECBA staff are telecommuting and the 429 West 6^th Street facility is closed due to the COVID-19 virus/Gov. Tom Wolf order.  We are taking Friday, March 20^th, to transition to home offices. Staff will be ready to work on Monday, March 23^rd at 8:30 a.m.

People calling the ECBA office and LRIS number will be directed to leave their name, phone number and a brief message and staff will return their call as soon as possible as messages will be answered every 30 minutes.  

All business is being conducted via email and telephone.
