The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Litigation department. This is an ideal role for an ambitious lawyer looking to build a career within a supportive, high-achieving environment.

  • Experience Level: 0–3 years of experience.
  • Practice Focus: Civil Litigation (Labor and Employment experience is preferred).
  • Location: Erie, PA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in diverse litigation matters, including research, drafting pleadings, discovery, and appearance at hearings and conferences.
  • Assist in the management of Labor & Employment cases, providing counsel on workplace regulations and disputes.
  • Collaborate with senior associates and partners to develop specialized legal strategies.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art legal tech to streamline case management and trial preparation.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (or pending admission).
  • Strong academic record and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law, insurance defense and/or general commercial litigation.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
