What is Zoom conferencing?

Zoom conferencing brings together people at different locations around the local community, the region, the country and around the world. Our Zoom conference account can connect with one location or with multiple locations, providing an instantaneous connection to facilitate meetings, interviews, depositions and much more. 

Why use Zoom conferencing?

Business can be conducted without the expense and inconvenience of travel, overnight accommodations and time out of the office when using our Zoom conferencing system.

The list of possibilities is endless. Anything from depositions to employment interviews and seminars to training sessions - Zoom conferencing has multiple functions and abilities.

How do I schedule the use of the ECBA's Zoom conferencing services?

Call the ECBA at 814-459-3111 or complete the reservation form or email capalicia@eriebar.com.  We will check the availability of our space and handle all of the details for you, including locating convenient sites in the other location(s) you wish to connect with - all included in our hourly rate.

What does it cost?

ECBA Members:
$100/hour - M-F, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Non-ECBA Members: 
$150/hour - M-F, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
$200/hour - M-F, all other times; weekends

Cancellation Policy

A Zoom conference canceled less than 24 hours before its anticipated start time can be charged a $150 cancellation fee.

Rescheduling Policy

A video conference rescheduled more than 3X can be charged a $25 rescheduling fee for each rescheduled date.
