The presentation will highlight specific rules and forms necessary for competent representation of juvenile defendants. It will explore the roles of the prosecutor, juvenile probation, and the juvenile court judges. Ultimately, the seminar will offer strategies for navigating the juvenile court system and obtaining an optimal result for the juvenile client.
