SPEAKER

Frank Yeager is a forensic consultant and built environment expert with more than thirty years of experience spanning heavy equipment operation, contracting, property inspection, and accessibility evaluation. He analyzes failure patterns in personal injury matters, including premises liability, construction defect, and accessibility cases. His written reports have moved opposing counsel to settle before cases ever reached trial. In one matter, observations he made during a no-charge video walkthrough were presented to opposing counsel, and the case settled the following day. The author of three books on accessibility, property, and the built environment, as well as numerous related publications, Frank brings field-forged credibility that changes how a room thinks about the built environment.

SEMINAR

Attendees will gain a practical understanding of how forensic analysis is applied to premises liability cases — from slip-and-fall incidents to construction defects and accessibility failures. Frank Yeager draws on more than thirty years of experience as a forensic consultant and built environment expert to walk attorneys through the physical evidence, site conditions, and failure patterns that determine liability. Attorneys will leave with a clearer framework for evaluating cases, identifying expert needs early, and understanding what the built environment can and cannot tell a jury. This program is particularly valuable for litigators who want to strengthen their case evaluation process and work more effectively with forensic experts.
