SPEAKERS
David Beck co-leads daily operations in PA and NY for Vigilnet America LLC. He is responsibility for staffing local and regional offices, program development, customer relations, and court testimony. With 20 plus years of experience within the Criminal Justice field both in private and public sector. David is graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Criminal Justice.
Michael Beckley co-leads daily operations in PA and NY for Vigilnet America LLC. He is responsibility for supporting field services, business and program development, customer relations, and leads the court support team. With 24 plus years of experience within the Criminal Justice field both in private and public sector. Michael is graduate of Albright College with a BA in Criminal Justice.
SEMINAR
The 201 GPS training is focused on how GPS works, understanding how it can be utilized in a either proactive/reactive/historical reporting approaches, and practical wording of orders to aid in GPS supervision. The 201 CAM training is focused on how transdermal transport works for processing alcohol, how SCRAM CAM the devices works, how we know what we know about consumptions and obstructions, understanding all alcohol testing methods and how they compare to each other, and reviewing common misconceptions about possible “excuses”.

Cancellations received after the deadline or non-attendance will not be refunded. If you register for an event without payment in advance and don’t attend, it will be necessary for the ECBA to send you an invoice for the event.
