SEMINAR
Attorneys practicing in the criminal law area won’t want to miss this much-anticipated annual update. Those attending will benefit from a comprehensive review of the latest case law developments as well as valuable materials. Here are comments following Attorney Kondrlik’s presentation last year: “I thought the speaker was excellent. Very knowledgeable, easy to listen to and interesting material (coming from somebody who does NOT practice criminal law!).” “Very informative. I very much liked this CLE.” “Fantastic Presentation.” “Nicole is terrific! Excellent as both a speaker and teacher.”
SPEAKER
Our knowledgeable speaker Nicole Sloane Kondrlik is the Chief Public Defender of Erie County. She is an experienced trial attorney and an Army Veteran with an industrial engineering background. She has represented clients in numerous jury trials since 2006. She was a member of the defense team in the last three Erie County capital homicide cases. Attorney Sloane Kondrlik is the published author of articles on topics including correcting illegal sentences. She was the 2017 recipient of the Public Defender Association Gideon Award, a statewide accolade for indigent defense work. When not at work, Attorney Sloane Kondrlik helps her husband and son on their farm in rural Erie County.
