Pennsylvania’s innovative new Clean Slate law is the first in the nation to seal criminal cases by automation, starting June 28th. The law also expands the range of misdemeanors that can be sealed by petition. Learn:
• What cases qualify for automated sealing, and how that sealing will be done;
• When a petition still will be needed;
• Rules for limited access to sealed cases;
• How people with sealed and expunged cases can respond to questions about their records on applications;
