SEMINAR

The seminar will review recent case law developments that impact the practice of criminal law.

SPEAKER

Jessica L. Reger, Esq. is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, where she studied international criminal law and was a member of International Law Journal. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh, where she majored in Politics and Philosophy through the Honors College. Along with her duties as second in command at the District Attorney’s Office, Jessica also serves as the trial term coordinator and trains incoming attorneys. Jessica prosecutes all types of cases including murders and major crimes and is also the primary Animal Cruelty prosecutor. Before joining the District Attorney’s Office in 2016, Jessica clerked for the Honorable Judge William R. Cunningham and worked in Chambers for the International Criminal Tribunal for the formal Yugoslavia in The Hague, NL.

Cancellations received after the deadline or non-attendance will not be refunded. If you register for an event without payment in advance and don’t attend, it will be necessary for the ECBA to send you an invoice for the event.
