The Honorable Ernest J. DiSantis , President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas (r), presents the Pro Bono award to Attorney Rick Filippi on behalf of the Erie County Bar Association. Attorney Filippi spent 70 hours over a three year period representing a mother and her children
in an eviction matter that was eventually heard by the PA Superior Court.

Lyons King was recognized for her tireless community service that has strengthened the
American system of freedom under law for many individuals living in Erie, PA.
Conner was named Chancellor in recognition of his contributions with respect to
ethical practice, attitude toward the Courts and fellow attorneys and
participation in both civic and community life in Erie.
