Bankruptcy is a legal procedure that assists a financially troubled business in dealing with its financial problems. There are two main types of business bankruptcies - Chapter 7, which results in a liquidation of all assets, and Chapter 11, which may result in reorganization or liquidation. A Living Trust is a written document that sets up a new entity (the Trust) and can direct how assets you deliver to that Trust will be handled during your life and, like a Will, a Living Trust can also direct how assets in the Trust will pass upon your death. If you believe your claim for Social Security benefits was wrongfully denied, you have a right to appeal this denial. In Pennsylvania, when you buy a car insurance policy you will be asked to choose either the Limited Tort Option or the Full Tort Option. Your choice is very important for you and for your household in the event that you or your family is hurt in a car accident. A person who is not a citizen of the United States may apply to become one through a process called naturalization. The first step that you should take to apply for United States Citizenship is to obtain an application to file a Petition for Naturalization (N-400).
