"The Sunshine Act and the Right-to-Know Law"
These are the two most imporatnt state laws applicable to local governments that generate the most questions about compliance. This session shall provide a thorough review of both acts, including case laws and final determinataion letters, and a brief discussion of potential amendments proposed by PSAB.

"Mission Accomplished: Act 43, the New Borough Code"
The revision of this 46 year old law will bring the Borough Code and borough governance into the 21st century. Learn about the major highlights as well as the proposed consolidation of the Act.
