THE PROGRAM Big firms now have “pricing analysts” and others whose job is solely devoted to designing and implementing alternative fee arrangements with clients. They know this is what many clients demand nowadays. How will you compete? This session will explore alternatives to hourly, flat fee and contingent fee. It will detail how you properly analyze and evaluate these methods to ensure you maintain or improve profitability. Best billing practices will be covered as well, as they are tied to client satisfaction and payment.
THE SPEAKER Ellen Freedman, CLM
