On January 1, 2022, amended Pennsylvania Support Rules become effective. Attend this seminar and learn from our knowledgeable presenters who include a local family law practitioner, Joseph P. Martone, Esquire, and the Director of the Erie County Domestic Relations Office, Carlo J. Fachetti. Accompanying the Director will be several of his Domestic Relations Office staff members who address support matters under these new Rules on a daily basis.
