Program:
Judge Carmen Lugo and Judge Jean Wright will be scheduling an actual Skype call with up to five (5) participants at a time, walk the participants through downloading Skype for Business, connecting and participating by audio and video and discuss the implications of Pennsylvania ethical rules requiring requisite knowledge of technology. All attorneys in the workers’ compensation section are encouraged to attend a session.
