THE PROGRAM
If you practice in the areas of personal injury, employment law, wrongful death, or Workers’ Compensation, attend this seminar and learn about the impact of disabilities on your clients’ earning capacities.

Speakers will cover the Ethics Statements of three organizations - the National Association of Forensic Economics (NAFE); the American Academy of Economic and Financial Experts (AAEFE); and the American Rehabilitation Economics Association. How do their Ethics Statements impact your ethical obligation as an attorney licensed to practice in Pennsylvania?

The presentation will also review research done by Forensic Human Resources on the impact of disabilities on earning capacity, including how and where the information is obtained. Relevant case law for personal injury cases, wrongful death and employment cases will be reviewed. There will be discussion of how the MCARE Act affects calculations in those cases. Examples successfully used in the courtroom will be examined.
